Webhook delivery delays in eu-west
A queue backlog is delaying webhook delivery by up to four minutes. Checks and alerting are unaffected. We are working through the backlog and monitoring recovery.
Dashboard slow to load for some accounts
A slow database query made the dashboard take up to twenty seconds to load for accounts with more than five hundred monitors. Monitoring and alerting were not affected. The query has been rewritten and an index added.
Delayed alerts from the us-east region
A provider network issue delayed checks originating from us-east. Alerts were sent late for eleven accounts. Checks now fail over to us-central automatically when a region degrades.
Scheduled maintenance: alerting pipeline
Planned migration of the alerting pipeline. Alerts were queued and delivered on completion. No checks were missed.
